I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room, though small and cramped, offered a nice view of the castle from the higher floor. The hotel's proximity to the Shinkansen and JR lines was convenient, but the limited space to open my suitcase was a drawback.

The room was a little on the small side and felt rather cramped with limited space to open my suitcase, but being on a higher floor with a view of the castle in the distance was a nice touch.

The staff were very friendly and displayed full English skills. They directed me to an adequate shopping and restaurant complex under Nagoya Station, but unfortunately, they couldn't drop off my parcel to the mailbox as requested.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from Nagoya station's west side, away from the crowds of commuters but near to the station, drug store, shopping mall, and transportation hub. It's a good place to stop.

The dining experience was decent with a co-working restaurant on the 1st floor providing set menus for breakfast. Although it was nothing exceptional, it served its purpose.
